NCS INC. WAS STARTED BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY OF FOUNDERS TO PROVIDE NEW INNOVATIVE CONCRETE BASE MATERIALS, PRECASTS AND SOLUTIONS TO ADRESS WIDE RANGE OF PROBLEMS THAT OCCURS IN IMPLEMENTED CONCRETE.

Our vision is to provide best solutions for exposed concrete in processing of deterioration or other issues. We aim to achieve this through the application of innovative materials, including advanced mixtures, composites, and other professional solutions.

Payam is proficient in different type of concrete design. Also designing Steel and Concrete structures. He has very strong background in design and construction a wide range of different buildings (Commercial, Residential, Industrial …).

Also, he was a very good team maker, experienced in leadership with proven track of project managing with team making and leadership. In addition, his rich technical and managerial background besides his enthusiastic attitude and proficiency in Problem solving about construction market and needs that helps him to plan and execute finding solutions for making new businesses and understand the market challenges ahead and address them in time. Payam has brought a wealth of new business to the NCS.

Mehdi is proficient in managing businesses especially in civil engineering and construction field also he is acquainted with different contract frameworks such as EPC, design-build, subcontracting and etc. Also he is well familiar with tendering processes in various environments.

In addition his rich technical and managerial background besides his enthusiastic attitude and proficiency in English language skills helps him to plan and execute marketing and business development strategies and campaigns and understand the market challenges ahead and address them in time.
