A repair mortar that can be applied on concrete segments surface with cracks in early stages and prevent further deterioration and significantly improve concrete segment durability specially in harsh climates
Overview:
- For cracks less than 3 Cm can apply
- Easy to use for 3mm to 3 Cm cracks or damaged parts after removing all loose parts.
- Dry mix with 25% (wight) drinkable water should mix for 15 minutes.
- 30 to 45 minutes working time for applying ready material in 10 to 30 Celsius degree.
- Curing time. In first 24 hours temperature should control between 10 to 30. In second 24 hours 2 times watering or moisture control needed.
- Various colors by using special concrete pigment paint can be used for special purposes.
