An impermeable hard cover with customized geometry that will be installed on damaged surface of curbs or Jerseys using a special grout with suitable adhesiveness instead of replacement of the damaged segment.
Overview:
- Needs cleaning existing concrete surface.
- Shear connectors will add to Shaped cover by special glue.
- Base connectors will screw to old curb and Asphalt Both.
- Special Dry mix plus Liquid part with adding 35% drinkable water will be prepared.
- 30 Minute time of injecting ready mixed to the mold.
- Curing time is 24 hours 5 Celsius degree or more. (up to 40).
